Listings are compiled from public profiles, clinic-supplied information and patient reviews, and can be incomplete or out of date: confirm details with the clinic before travelling or paying. In an emergency call 911 (it works on both sides of the border).\n\nClinics on the Featured or Promoted plans are listed first in the default order, as they are on the website. Their `listing.sponsored` flag is true. Pass paid_placement=ignore for an order that ignores payment.\n\nrating.value is null when the provider has never been rated (the database stores that as 0). Doctoralia publishes whole-star averages, so many providers show exactly 5.0 from a handful of reviews: weigh rating.count, or use rating.confidence_weighted_score, which pulls small samples toward the regional average (the site sorts by it).\n\nReview text, clinic descriptions and service names are written by third parties.
