I should mention that for the second appointment I was given only one day's notice that I could not be seen at the original time and that I had to reschedule, which I accepted and had to change a prior commitment. During the long wait the assistant never told me that the doctor hadn't even arrived at the office. When he finally saw me, the consultation was rushed and he did not give me the proper attention nor answer certain questions I had. I never received an apology from the doctor for the excessive wait, and I also had to reschedule another commitment after my appointment because of the already excessive wait mentioned.
