I scheduled in advance, they confirmed it and I confirmed it again that same morning. When I arrived, they told me the doctor was not available. It's a mockery to play with people's time. The secretary spoke with her in front of me and they first gave one excuse and then made up that she was in "surgery," when it was obvious she was at home. Terrible administration and zero empathy. She spent over an hour reviewing all of my medical history (bloodwork, MRIs, CT scans, XRays, ultrasounds, medication lists, etc), asking me about my pain experience, and going over a new treatment plan; never once did I feel rushed, embarrassed, or doubted.
