It was the first time I had a professional experience with a psychologist, and because of all the paperwork they made me sign, they gave me half an hour of therapy, and I paid a lot of money for just those minutes. They should schedule people about 15 or 20 minutes earlier to sign the paperwork so they get exactly the full therapy hour.
